• Pricing does not include initial hair extensions purchase + installation & blend.
• Maintenance is only applicable for QALI Micro-weft extensions.
• Maintenance can be booked between 5-7 weeks.
• Unused services cannot be rolled over into future months.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Booking availability is not guaranteed for your preferred stylist.
• We reserve the right to move blowout bookings to another stylist without notice.
• We require 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. A $200 fee will be charged for early cancellations.
• Product discounts can only be used on purchases for the account holder.
• Discounts exclude EyeEnvy & micro weft hair extensions.
• Discount can be used for QALI clip in extensions in the member's haircolour only.
